Don't forget thread locker. Almost lost a white river knife due to screws coming loose.

Does the ulticlip come with all the hardware you need? Screws, washers etc

Does the clip tear up your pants? Llooks like it would.

It locks on and off. So it doesn't tear up your pants because you need to remove the clip. It does apply pressure to your pants or belt but it's so much pressure it doesn't slide back and forth like a regular clip thanks!.
