0:12 this move kinda reminds me of ultima… the spell from final fantasy 6 I mean
@TheMaxCloud3 ай бұрын
the spell Ultima exists in all final fantasy games bassically, in one way or another, not always available for player but at least even if its just in narrative "Ultima" or "Artema" its bassically "The Ultimate Magic" in OG FF Lore.

@@TheMaxCloud yeah I know, the explosion reminded me of the ff6 one in particular, like the way it blows up. Honestly 16 reminds me of 6 in quite a few ways I have a hard time explaining.

All ultima abilities basically feel like finishers. Even use wise, I'd say it's basically bahamut except it is better used for wrapping up combos than supporting them. I think they are better off mastered and then equipped to other eikon loadouts.

Funny enough, the Feat is the only one that supports combos.

I hope this comment doesn't come across as salty. People may have their own criteria for what constitutes a combo in this game, but I personally think that if the enemy is on the ground for any longer than a quick bounce, its not a legitimate combo. I think of it like a fighting game... enemy touches ground, it's a dropped combo, but some abilties will "bounce" them off the ground and return them right into an aerial state, which to me is still legitimate. Consider the endlessly redundant combo potential if you just don't care if they touch ground. Anyway, at the end of the day this is a single player game and you can play however you like :) it really doesn't matter anyway
