Ingridients:
· Beef fillet - 400g
· Champignons - 6-8
· Onion - 1
· Garlic - at your taste
· Tomato paste - 2 table spoons
· Sour cream / cream 20% - 100g
· Salt
· Pepper
Cooking:
1. Cut onion, champignons and garlic into small pieces.
2. Preheat frying pan and add some busser and olive oil. Roast vegetables and mushrooms. Add some salt and pepper. Than get it out from the pan.
3. Cut beef into small long pieces and fry it on a pan on a high temperature for a few minutes.
4. Mix all ingredients on a pan. Close frying pan with a lid and leave for 40min on a small temperature.
5. Add some salt and pepper at your taste.
