taras should use a pyrometer or whatever to measure the temperatures for this kind of stuff.

You can expect things to stick to the grill halves after scratching the cooking plates. You should have gotten a spatula and tongs. We wouldn't have minded waiting for you to come back. Looks like a great gadjik 🤩
