Gemma, I have made these buns twice and they baked up perfectly and were delicious! Thank you! Yesterday I made the recipe but put it in a loaf pan, I wanted a Brioche bread. I also substituted 150g of sourdough starter to the recipe. I wanted to see if I could create a sourdough Brioche bread. It turned out wonderfully, but there was no sourdough taste. I see now that you have a Brioche bread dough recipe that is different from your burger bun recipe. I will try that also, and will again add some sourdough. Thanks again for sharing your amazing talents!
