Saw this yesterday and had to try it. Too lazy to chop up the chicken breast, so I cubed them instead. Marinated overnight and just finished my last bite...so amazing that I'm making another batch using ground chicken. Thank you 😊

+AlmazanKitchen amazing work. next time you do it try to sautée the onion, allow to cool and then mix with the mince. it will allow the natural sweetness to come through and you will also reduce burping during digestion :D. amazing work and am jealous of what you guys are doing!!

Although I have said it before on another Almazan Kitchen thread, this is one of the best cooking sites on KZfaq. Although you never give the exact (Metric or Imperial) amounts of the Ingredients in words,you always show exactly what you need. You just have to watch how much the guy throws into pot/pan... Fantastic. And as for people here in the U.S., you show us some ingredients we never would have thought of using (for instance, in the Moraccan Chicken and the Whole-Chicken with the horseradish root. OOOoooh, so excellent!) Now, I cant wait to try this newest chicken recipe. I am so used to making chicken kabobs as just hunks of marinated chicken squeezed between slices of barely grilled slices of pepper and onion. I can''t wait to to try it this new way, with mixed chopped chicken and chopped onion, squished into squares, with the seasonings mixed in, then mixed in between the vegie slices on the skewer. I have often heard of lamb or beef being prepared in this way (sort of chopped or ground, with the seasonings mixed in, then formed into cubes), but not usually chicken. Chalk it up to ignorance on my part.

I love that you can easily pre make these ingredients and bring them in a ziploc bag to wherever you go, throw it on a stick, and grill it up. No fuss, no muss.

I actually tried this recipe twice, the first time exactly as described above and was a little bit on the dry side. The second time the chicken was half brest and half thights and was more juicy due to the extra fat in the thights. You rock guys!
