ULTIMATE [DIY] Laser Engraver Enclosure

In this video I build a DIY laser engraver enclosure for my desktop diode laser cutter. This enclosure design can work for a Longer, Atomstack, Xtool, OMtech or other desktop models!
I build this homemade laser enclosure with simple materials, and include a laser exhaust system, and custom backlit wood signage.

That's a pretty sweet set up. I'm interested if you'll be just making stuff for fun or expanding to selling your creations? I have been offered multiple free tools (3d printer, laser engravers, CNCs) but have yet to accept any like these. When I brought up to my 14 year old son about free 3d printers he said he would be interested in getting one so next time I get an offer I might take it. I told him he could have it if he made a review video that I could post to the channel.

Ay man! Yeah I had similar sponsor offers I’d didn’t accept last year. They wanted to give me super weak 5W machines that can’t cut, but only engrave. Idk they were cheaper brands that I won’t name… I ended up doing my own research and landed on the Longer machines. I’m really happy with the 2. I did reach out to them for a sponsor, but no response 😞 Yeah, I plan to sell and start producing more products. A few shorts out about those products. That’s why I built this for up to 3 machines. I discovered quickly that the bottle neck in producing a big batch of an item was the laser - so I’m planning for more in the future. I’m hoping I can get just 1 or 2 products to take off and I’ll go at it making as many as I can possibly do. I’ve already got an Etsy shop up with some physical and some digital laser files that I designed. I’m pretty happy with the sales in the first 2 months. More videos coming on that front 😜 if I can only film and edit them faster….

@@baddogcreative I'll have to check out your store. I love digital products. Nothing better then posting and just letting the money roll in. Mine don't sell much except for my scrap wood storage cart. It is the gift that keeps on giving.

I hear that! I’ve sold and handful of digital files in the first 2/3 months on Etsy @ $4 each. I’m not getting rich on them, but a few coffees paid for. I’m happy with it.
