*Ingredients:*
1. 170g unsalted butter, melted slightly hot
2. 250g sugar
3. 112g chocolate
4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5. 2 tablespoons hot water (for coffee)
6. 1 teaspoon coffee
7. 2 eggs, room temperature
8. 30g cocoa powder
9. 95g all-purpose flour
10. 1 teaspoon salt**
11. 60g dark chocolate chunks (cold)
12. 50g milk chocolate chunks (cold)

*Instructions:*
1. Add 170g unsalted butter to a saucepan and melt it.
2. The butter should be slightly hot when adding 250g sugar.
3. Mix the butter and sugar until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to another bowl.
5. Mix until the batter is super smooth.
6. Add 112g chocolate while the batter is warm but not hot to avoid burning.
7. Add 2 room temperature eggs.
8. Do not overmix to prevent air bubbles and maintain the brownie texture.
9. Add 2 tablespoons hot water mixed with 1 teaspoon coffee.
10. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
11. Sift 30g cocoa powder and 95g all-purpose flour into the mixture in 2 or more batches.
12. Fold until no lumps remain.
13. Refrigerate the brownie batter for 30 minutes.
14. Fold in half of the 60g cold dark chocolate chunks and 50g cold milk chocolate chunks.
15. Transfer the batter to a parchment paper-lined 8” square baking pan.
16. Top with remaining chocolate chunks.
17. Bake at 180°C (350°F) on the lower rack for 25 minutes.
18. Let the brownies cool completely.
19. Slice and serve.
