Ingredients:
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 egg
- 3-4 bread slices
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Cheese slices
- Chili sauce
- Olives (optional)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix together 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon chili flakes, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 egg until well combined.
2. Take 3-4 bread slices and spread the prepared paste evenly on one side of each slice.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, spreading it evenly across the surface.
4. Place the bread slices, paste side down, in the pan and heat for a few seconds. Then flip the slices.
5. Place cheese slices and drizzle chili sauce on the uncoated side of the bread.
6. Place another bread slice on top, with the paste-coated side facing up. Heat the sandwich on both sides until golden brown.
7. For a triple-layered sandwich, place cheese slices and chili sauce on top of the first layer, then add a third bread slice with the paste-coated side facing up.
8. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of oil evenly in the pan and heat the sandwich on both sides until thoroughly cooked.
9. Spread any remaining paste on both sides of the bread, and optionally place olives on one side. Heat for a few seconds.
10. Remove the sandwich from the pan and place it on a plate. Your delicious garlic cheese bread is ready to enjoy.
