Pretty much everything he said is 100% correct. Some additions: When renting, you will pay 5% of the annual rent as a fee to the agent. When starting a bank, if you are from one of the sanctioned countries, it can take months to get an account, or they will even reject you. So it can be easier to try applying digitally, as most of these banks allow this through their apps. That will take a few days and often you will be approved.

cost including basic office , company regn, immigration card , VISA etc will cost you about $25000 annual fees/cost . Plus staff salary , residence cost and other costs are extra

9:35 Raf, I think that school video would be great. It won't apply to me, at least at the moment but I am sure A LOT of other people would appreciate it because it is a very big issue for families, it could be the main factor that makes them NOT make the move. So get in to school, communities, just life in general for families with kids.

No vax needed anywhere, no need to wear mask only indoors sometimes and in government buildings Only need a test for the medical center and to enter if you don't have the vax

And also, I do not like the PCR test, putting something in my nose or in my throat is a problem for me... what is the alternative? I ask this because I heard that the residence and banking requires a negative test? How do I avoid needing something in my nose or throat? thank you for your response!!
