I opened another tab and bought this before your video was even done! My oldest just finished 9th grade and I've been looking for a good record-keeping system so this is just perfect. I'm glad they had 2022-2026 planners available too, so it matches his graduation year. Thank you so much for sharing this resource!!

Thanks for the video! Definitely getting for my high schooler, never heard of this planner before and wanted something that I could use to track outside of his siblings work.

I wish it wasn’t dated! We don’t follow the tradition school calendar so I’m afraid that will make me crazy. But then again, I don’t know that I would use the weekly planning so much as just the annual/semester planning and the resources. Hmm. I’ll have to watch through again to see if that format works for me if I toss out the weeklies.

You can get the portfolio , and the forms that are undated . Or get this, uncoil it and add the pages you want in the portfolio. They have tons of options under the high school and 4 year high school tab. If you just want the forms, they sell those alone too.

@@Arleneandcompany This is helpful. I really like the idea of having a planner for the big picture and using a separate one for actual day to day planning. That’s two different processes in my ADD brain. But I love the big picture planning sheets here.

Cool planner! Just curious, have you discussed the different paths homeschoolers can take in regards to high school? Like, getting dual credit for taking classes at a local or online college? What does the high school path look like if the kids are working toward an associates degree at the same time?

I have a recent video, it’s linked in the description box on Big Picture planning. I will continue to chat about it with several other things I’m planning for the future. But I do discuss that my oldest is on a path that’s not putting graduating early in the forefront, we are holistic in our approach. Nothing wrong with an accelerated path. I even discussed that I graduated at 16, but her path is different and she will benefit for the full 4 years high school experience.Take a look at that video as I discuss a lot and a lot of other possibilities that sometimes nervous parents disregard. This is coming from an academic homeschooler. I also have a prep book review coming up, that I briefly showed. The dual enrollment path with an AA is the popular path amongst homeschoolers, you won’t find issues gathering info on that. I briefly touched on that and where to gather info locally. My direction is different for their high school journey, while making sure they are prepared for college. Obviously, things could change based on their goals.

@@Arleneandcompany thank you! I'll look at the videos you mentioned, and yes - totally agree that it's a personal thing that needs to be tailored to each individual.
