A £5000 projector only has around 2500 lumens lol. Surely a tech reviewer should have noticed this obvious lie in the description.

I've looked into it, and it's very difficult to prove it either way. What I can say is that you have to remember this is not a 4K or higher projector, and some of the features of a higher-end projector are not on this unit to cut costs. For instance, the bulb is not replaceable. Also, it's very difficult to get a true reading of how many lumens this unit can produce, even if you use a Lux Meter, the best thing is to have it certified by ANSI Lumens. The picture from this projector for the price is very good. I would also like to add that they have only concentrated on the Brightness and not the colour

We own one from yesterday and cant run Netflix or even update chrome as it says Google Play is not compatible with this device. Chrome version is quite old, 86... while the latest one is 124. It's not possible to update the chrome because it takes us to Google Play store and shows that Chrome is up to date. Is there any other than usual way to update the projector software? BTW, I have to say that the picture quality is brilliant, even with light on or open curtains. Superb!

If your current projector or HDMI cable is not HDCP compliant, you will need to upgrade to a newer projector model or HDMI cable that supports HDCP. Replace HDMI Cable: Should the HDMI cable be the issue, purchase and use an HDCP-certified HDMI cable for a compatible connection with Netflix

I dont think it's got anything to do with the cable@@YorkiesBitsandBobs. The projector is brand new but the software is old and doesnt let to update apps like Netflix, Google Play or Chrome. We bought it to be free from additional cables because it has got Netflix, Amazon Video and others installed as an Android so we dont want to connect it to the PC or other devices.

I’m having issues with my hdmi port when plugging in my fire stick KZfaq works fine but my Netflix is an issue with no sound I have to plug it in and out to get sound on my Netflix

It might be the HDMI cable can you try adifferent one? Verify that your TV has at least one HDMI input that supports HDCP 2.2.

It's to do with HDCP 2.2 I'm not sure how you get around it but I have been told that there is a away to do it, message Horlat they might be able to help you
