As a Korean, I don't recommend the place "Myungdong," everything in there is way expensive unbelievably. And even some foods are not tasty. That's the place only foreigners go. You will hear a lot of Chinese, English, or other languages in there. If you guys wanna try local famous street food in Korea, go to Kwangjang market (광장시장) and Mangwon market .

Have you guys ever told your mom that you liked something she cooked and that you told her it was really good, so then she starts cooking it every week, then it turns to every other day and you eventually get so sick of it you hate it. That happened with me when I told my mom I loved her Korean pancakes. (P.S. I am Korean)

The only place that I like to eat at Myungdong is a Nokcha (green tea) dessert Cafe called Osulloc. They serve award winning Jeju Green tea desserts. I highly recommend Nokcha creme brulee and Jeju Gamgyul latte (citrus latte) SO AMAZING. It is a chain, but I like the Myungdong branch.

I love MyeongDong street food! Spent 2 weeks in March within walking distance of MyeongDong shopping and my kids wanted to eat there all the time. We had the expensive lobster once lol it was sweet. The steak was really a good deal and tasty. So good!
