Italian love is the most realistic grapefruit I’ve ever smelled.

Forever even more so as it doesn’t have that nasty Gym sock undertone of Italian love but still has that realistic grapefruit on top. Both are really just riffs on Adam Levine at the end of the day 😅

LBI for me is still king. Love is Love is a fun one to just randomly change things up, but not a daily summer driver like LBI

Italian Zest is basically a lemon zest scent, hotter day the better. Ok on not hot days. Sun is like a coconut sun tan lotion.

Paper is the most neutral way to test. Skin can be better. It can be far worse. Or it can be exactly the same. Testing in a neutral environment. It’s also how the perfumers test. Roja Dove did a post about it a while back. This is a compliment test

I’ve never smelled my way. But the men’s version of Forever smells like a grapefruit bomb. Fresh cut grapefruit and the rind.

Both grapefruit central fragrances. Italian love just smells like grapefruit covering up some BO. Forever just smells like grapefruit. If you ever got to experience Adam Levine by Adam Levine, forever smells exactly like that one.

Pretty different fragrances. Y edp is a blue anytime any occasion fragrance. Light blue intense is a summer citrus aquatic. If you want a better summer fragrance go with LBI. If you want a better year round fragrance go with Y edp. Personally I like Y Le Parfum more than the EDP, as the EDP tends to give me a headache (even though I think it smells great). But Le Parfum is my favorite of the Y’s. LBI is a summer all star.
