Koi v skin care ka sabse important step hota hai sunscreen nhi lagane se skin main sun burn, tanning, premature ageing ,fackles AA jate hain isliye dermatologists v bolte hai sunscreen skip na karne ko summer, winter, monsoon har season main har din har age grup ko sunscreen lagana chahiye. Aur sunscreen hamesha zinc based , tritanium oxide based mineral based sunscreen lagana chahiye asa dermatologists ka kehna hai

I am 17 years old. Combination skin. Suggest me a face wash that if used at night removes the sunscreen given in the morning so that I don't need to use anything else, and a sunscreen and finally a facial oil that I will use as a moisturizer at night. Can facial oil be used on the lips? And what gua sha can be used at my age? And what to use for everyday no makeup makeup look? It would be better if you explain everything in a video, how to take care of the skin and lips in the morning and at night. It would be better to give the products along.
