Ruqya Pray to rakaat for allah to be cured & beg him at the end of the Salah before the salams Then : Send blessings on prophet (ﷺ)1k times Istgfar 1k times Dua to be cured from all black magic (Get any dua you know about it & recite it as much as you can) Start the Dua & end it by sending blessings upon the prophet (ﷺ) Then when you feel better say لا اله الا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير 100 times This is a routine; Then when you drink water recite faitiha & when you eat Recite faitha When you enter or leave a house say Bismallah When you wake up say Bismallah When you sleep say Bismallah When your work or whatever (when you start it say Bismallah & when it finishes say alhamdulilah & Constantly keep seeking refuge to Allah from shaytan Especially when you are sad , angry Basically remember Allah as much as you can say & night You can even meditate & repeat a specific zikr from your own choice I suggest حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل as much as you can Because this is a powerful zikr

I said from my knowledge Allah is better knowing for you condition If you want more tips on routine stuff You can Make the house clean & Play surah Al baqara &Surah safaat & surah yunus & surah taha & the 4 quls on repeat Then you can remove anything that could be blocking Angels from entering & praying for (house owners) Like teddy bears or pictures (You can put them in an archive thingy in a separate room if you don't want them to be removed)

I need to tell you something about Ruqya Ruqya doesn't cure you it's Allah who does A Ruqya is a series of prayers , verses being Recited from the Quran For a Ruqya to always work you need to have the intention that Allah will cure you & protect you not the Ruqya Since in surah baqara when Allah talked about magic Allah said. That they can't harm anyone with it except who Allah wills (Verses 101-102)

Can I as a woman listen to the Koran if I was born a Jew but all my life I was a victim of very bad people who hurt me from the youngest childhood. I tried to escape for years, no one helped me. Please answer me. I was born a Jew, but unfortunately all my life I was persecuted by bad Jews and they did not help me. I was also sexually assaulted as a child for years, they ignored me... Can I hear Koran without changing my religion? Because I love the language. And that Jews persecuted me all my life. and likes to hear the Arabic language.
