A lot of videos on here totally doing this wrong. 1. Looks like the oil is to thick , did you run the car for 5 minutes to warm oil up to thin and get temp to 40-60° 2. Gravity , you didn't place the container on the floor leading the oil upwards makes hard work for the pump. 3. Did you remove the oil cap to let built up pressure out or will cause a vacuum and not get all oil out. 4. Change the oil filter after oil change , alot of people forgot this. 5. Once finished with the pump use fresh oil you have spare to run through the pump to clean and lubricate and never use water it will break the pump. Anyone reading this follow these 5 important steps above.

It was a tool test not service. This tool weak. Yes with warm oil work better but its too cheap... I can build a motor from zero, so know what im doing, this pump weak thats all. For diesel or water, etc good, or u need a shorter pipe for motoroil.

I think your pump has a problem I bought the Ultimate Speed UOP 12 C1 from Lidl in Germany for €13 and it pumps far more than this one

Saw it for $20, but 0.05 gallons per minute would take 25 minutes for 5 qts. ? And 5A draw, with duty cycle max of 30 minutes before cooling down period Is needed.

I'm sure you could. Probably won't die from it right away, but flush out the used oil with some fresh water first.

You are killing the pump with cool oil..

I don't think so. If a 5W low viscosity motor oil kill it, then kill it. I tried with warm oil, but just a little better the result. This tool good for diesel or petrol(gas), or you need a bigger pipe, but for dip-rod just this good. I bought this for transmisson oil(75w-90), but very weak for this. This motor oil suck was just a test, every time i using the carter hole for oil change.

140 degrees is the max temperature that it could be used, so hot oil after running it would be more likely to kill it than room temp oil. 5 minutes per quart is really too slow to make it feasible for oil changes, when you need to let the engine cool down after running it, and then run it for a half hour to hopefully get most of the oil out. Drain plug is still a better way to go.

This pump is useless crap! I searched video reviews about it - to confirm to myself, that, my pump is working as it should and I have not made any mistake installing ( How comes?...)

For garden motors good, for cars weak. In my video the oil cool, with warm oil better. That was 5W-40.
