The nostalgia factor is high with this one. Venom was definitely the best part of this game for me.

It was my first PS2 game that I played. I got it on Christmas along with the console and another game, Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal. So much nostalgia with this one. I remember asking for it when the ad came on, but it was different from the one in the video, I believe. Still one of my favorite Spidey games!

I remember as a kid just walking into gamestop and seeing this game on the shelf and wondering when the hell did they announce this. 😂 I was losing it, especially after playing the greatest game of all time Spider-Man 2.

I really think the CGI animation style looked very good. Did Mark Bagley do that??

He was directly consulted for the art direction of the game, but no, he is not an animator nor computer programmer lol. You have Treyarch’s wonderful team to thank for that

They really should’ve left anti hero stuff for venom to do in the game, like yeah kicking people off buildings, eating criminals, chasing cars, etc
