I love reusable sticker albums! One of my favorite things to do when going to craft shows/art fairs is to pick up stickers from vendors - its an affordable way for me to support people who are making cool things! I don't always have a place to stick them right away, so the albums are a perfect way for me to keep them all in one place.

I use my old Archer and Olive box from a journal I bought a while ago. That way I'm reusing items. I would love the reusable sticker album though. Maybe that's for the future.

I really like the sticker binders from ray and tay . They have big binders you can put many different sized pockets in the one binder and they also have boxes and folders and dividers for any way you want to organise and store. I also like the Korean photo card albums which work in a similar way but are thinner folders so don’t store as much but are cheaper

When I discovered re-usable sticker paper, I, too was all 🤯. Pro-tip: the paper your stickers originally come in is also re-usable so if you have several partially used sheets, you can just use one of those to consolidate. Also: re-usable sticker pages are great for consolidating any sampler stickers that some folks send with your order. Something you'll want to consider is whether you will (eventually) want to keep all the different sizes in the same storage system, especially if you organize them by theme/utility. You don't want to flip through all your different books looking for all the stickers for a certain theme/use. (But YMMV if you are going organize them digitally.) For storage, in the past I used a large card file index box which was pretty good b/c all the sizes could be together. (I think I got that idea from JustScribble), but I've since switched to two binder system: one regular (like for 8.5" x 11" paper) with sticker pockets from Hubman and Chubgirl and a small 6-ring binder like you showed with smaller sticker pockets (also from Hubman and Chubgirl) for the stickers I use on a regular/weekly basis. What's nice about the Hubman and Chubgirl pockets is that they have options with different sized pockets (i.e., different sized small pockets, tall/big pockets, etc). And if this comment isn't long enough: one hack I saw recently for larger sheets was to trim a strip of cardstock to the length of your sticker sheet. The strip should be wide enough to glue (or tape with double-sided tape) to the back of the sticker sheet as well as to 3-hole punch it (or disc punch). That's an experiment for future me, though. (Jess is 100% responsible for introducing that phrase into my vocabulary lol )

This is how I do it!! I have a huge binder with sheet protectors for my Planning with Kay Stickers, Krissyanne Designs stickers come with their own binders and I use the discs for my Coffee Monsters Co stickers!!! My friend Pamela gave me the 5x7 inserts so now I know where to buy more!

Good ideas! I have one Archer and Olive sticker album and two from Amazon. But you are right-there have been so many stickers accumulated that it is difficult to keep track !

I have an A5 version of the book you use for your big stickers that has the decorative ones in, the practical one (habit trackers etc) live in an empty A&O notebook box

Wow, what a journey! I've been eyeing the Poi and Hun notebooks, especially since I have a lot of the disk supplies. Most of my stickers are smaller, and I kind of made sleeves for them, and keep them in a container. Though I'm also looking for a contain to keep the sleeves in that are stackable, or just more sturdy. From what I can see, I feel like you might be missing some character stickers in your collection. ;)

I got a binder from Hubman and Chubgirl free with one of my orders. I ordered extra pages from them (the ones that fit the sheets of chore stickers make me so happy with how perfectly they fit). But of course that still wasn't enough. I have a letter size 2-inch spine 3 ring binder that I bought a variety of pages for from Amazon to hold various sized stickers. It has pages meant for baseball cards, pages meant for 5x7 photos, full sheets, etc. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the way all those pages are slightly different sizes, so it's harder to just flip through, but it sure beats the way I used to just have them all willy-nilly in a drawer. Am tempted to get one of those folders for the tall skinny sheets of stickers. I use disc bound notebooks for some other things so I'm very excited to find Poi & Hun

I also have sticker keeper books (which are great!). I also use the TN sticker release paper books, which I keep in a TN cover ( i have 5 in one cover) so it’s all in one place. i do love TN’s so for me, its a great way to use one :)

The taller sticker album is the exact one I have, love them so much and I haven’t even used all the pages yet bc there’s so much space! 3:24

I have several A5 folder that hold four sticker sheets in one clear page (double sided). Then I have a simplygilded A6 folder, that unfortunately holds not so many stickers. I should get more of these but I try to be a bit more minimalistic with my journal related spendings. Then I have some accordeon folder for loose sticker sheets. And an A4 accordeon folder for the biggest sticker sheets. I also have some ring binder with different inserts for Pet Tape and stickers. And some long plastic card folder for washi tape samples and loose stickers ❤ I wished I had the removable sticker paper holder but you already see, I have way too many stickers and storage already, so that I want to keep myself using up what I have and not want to spend for storage again at the moment 😂😂

Wow great timing for this topic as I sit here surrounded by my hoard of stickers. I have various binders but still trying to work out a system. One thing I need is a better solution for flake stickers. I've tried the zipper pouches but those are too big and bulky.

I was using an old “desk” daytimer binder with top-loading sheet protectors that’s currently housing the majority of my sticker sheets. I thought I was going to use it for something else and moved them all to a 5.5” x 8.5” 3- or 6-ring binder.

1. I have an 8.5x11 binder filled with page protectors, which I slip pages of stickers into. This binder also has some "baseball card" style page protectors which I get at the dollar store, which can hold smaller or individual stickers.2. I have an 8x8 scrapbook album in which I store all my 5x7 sticker sheets. 3. I have a 12x12 album, in which I store all of the larger sheets of stickers (like big alphas) and the sticker sheets that used to come with scrapbook kits. 4. AND - I make my own repositionable sticker albums! I use an 8.5x11 binder (although you could use any size). I take plain old waxed paper, cut it into 8x10 sheets, and glue them onto sheets of cardstock. Then I punch the cardstock edge with a 3-hole punch, and put them in my binder. I can easily gather-up my extra stickers, reposition, store and organize all my orphan stickers on the waxed paper. Easy peasy, cheap and expandable. The waxed paper trick works for orphan washi tape pieces too.

I use 3 of the 4 you use actually. The only one I don't have is the big size. My problem is a storage solution for the happy planner sticker book stickers...

Trying to organize my stickers is what led me to buying a Cricut and just starting to make my own 😅 There's so many amazing stickers out there, but I would hoard them and never use them because I couldn't get them anymore. Now, I know I can just reprint it if necessary. That being said, my 'solution' for storing stickers was a sparkly notebook from Walmart and some double sided tape; I just taped in my sticker sheets and I could flip thru it to look for what I wanted. Now that notebook lives in the 'Kid Friendly' drawer in my office, so those stickers can be loved by my niblings! (Start em young ;) )

I'm currently just shoving mine into the boxes journals come in xD But, I suppose I am one of those Millennials they have memes about on Hoarding pretty boxes. I currently have 4 BukeNotebook Boxes and two Whitman's Sampler chocolate boxes with Washi tape, stickers, and scrap paper stashed in them. (The whitmans are also what my great grandmother used to hold things in, But they no longer make the boxes the same. T.T - so i am glad i found another durable box I can use).

How did you do the catalogue thingy? Would love a video on that as I'm trying to make a list of my atationaries too

I just have sticker books with the release paper and a pouch for any "overstock". The pouch is getting full so I need to let up on the sticker purchases. 🥺

I have the A&O sticker binder and just ordered the olive one, but um, I kind of like these better. 😝 My current binder is quite thick because the binder itself takes up space. And I’ve already filled it just about past bursting, hence the second one ordered, but I really don’t have space for that binder and will have to reorganize my whole desk for it. Probably. But that’s a future me problem, since my order hasn’t even shipped yet. 😆 Curious, though, why you didn’t choose the A&O binder?

Your 5x7 sticker sheets, where are they from?

I have a Pipsticks sticker keeper book, a Travelers Notebook sticker release insert for on the go & travel, and an Amazon zipper insert binder like you showed early in the video. For my postage stamps, I have 2 zipper binders (one for vintage stamps, one for modern stamps), and they’re organized by value.
