As a kid I played football and guys like Tedy Bruschi and Troy Brown were really relevant and huge stars in my eyes. I'm now 28 and while these guys are absolute legends to me still, I feel like they don't get talked about enough. Maybe its because i'm not in the football scene anymore, but either way I miss these old Patriots... they meant a lot to my childhood.

Great Player and better person. He really helped my 10 year old son through some difficult times when he suffered a stoke. No press, no handlers, just a genuine person showing genuine concern for a little boy. Class act.

Undersized for a NFL DE but not big enough for being a middle linebacker. The man proved everybody wrong.... with his heart.

Belichick has shown love for only two players: Lawrence Taylor and Tedy Bruschi. When Bruschi retired, Belichick cried and called him the perfect player. He was the heart and soul of those defenses and no player exemplified the Patriot Way more than him.
