To answer your trivia question, the only one I know of is Cigar City Brewing, I tried their stuff at GABF a decade ago and it was pretty good. They're part of Canarchy which also owns my beloved Deep Ellum Brewing.

This is a cardroom in Florida. They allow 2 dollar bets so they reduced some of the payouts. I didn't know that until I sat down.

Payout is low on those high hands. Royal flush here in L.A. pays 500 to 1 on the blind. Think the odd getting Royal flush on 7 cards is 50,000 to 1.
