I generally like to spend as less as possible on international flights(even if its multiple layovers), so looking for cards which are not tied to a specific airline(or an airline group like Star Alliance)

firstly , these cards are premium cards approved only for those persons whose income not less than 10 lpa, and for them they can travel with money no problem. secondly, for the sake of using air miles do i really need to buy an air india ticket of 3 times the amount than indigo on same route?
