No they never changed it to the looped version in 1990. Through his career till he left in 1996 it's always been this versio. But on WWE Anthology CD they released Warrior's theme as that looped version and thats the version they've stuck with since 2002

@@vsrvideo8676 There is a version out there called Warrior Wildfire, but it's not enhanced like this one and is about 10 seconds shorter, I always thought that one was the one he always used, I never heard the Unstable version until Howard Finkle used it that one time in August of '99 , when he was stooged with Jericho and Jericho sent him out to the ring to deal with Tony Chimmel.

Perhaps not the BEST entrance theme of all time but certainly the most iconic, hands down. There’s cool sounding themes and then there’s this one. His theme is so much a part of his character/legacy that when you hear it, you immediately picture him running out to the ring. The amount of energy this song gave off back then as the crowd exploded into excitement and how connected it was to his persona is unlike any wrestler’s theme ever.

This hit, roof blew off. For all his problems (and there were a lot of them) the Warrior was as over as it came. Everyone knew who it was the second the music hit, people loved him charging to the ring and shaking the ropes. His entrance was high energy and it was unlike everything else at the time except for the Rockers who ran and bounced around too just at half the speed.

When Ultimate Warrior returned at WrestleMania to save Hogan from Sid Viscous and Papa Shango, his music hit and the whole Superdome exploded. Back then the WWF fans didn't know everything going on behind the scenes like today does. In my opinion one of the loudest pops ever.

Saw Warrior one time live. It was in a small venue, held about five thousand people. It was Warrior vs Papa Shango. Papa Shango's entrance was very cool - audience was spellbound. And then Warrior's music hit - and that crowd of five thousand sounded like Wrestlemania 6 at Skydome. When Warrior exploded through the curtain, running down the aisle toward the ring, we went nuts. The crowd lost its mind when Warrior clotheslined Papa Shango over the top rope, and then shook the ropes. I'll never forget that night.
