Decent enough looking quality for 1080p, but the complete lack of any kind of 4k compatibility renders this unworthy of the price IMO. Just as an aside, have you ever considered getting a projector screen rather than using the wall? It would give an awesome comparison 🙂

I own this projector under the Yaber Ace K1 brand (essentially identical to this) and it is easily the best budget projector in its price range. The only downside in my view is the fan noise can be a little loud compared to other projectors.

Just a quick word of advice. I have a 1080p projector but run the HDMI from a PS5 to the projector via a 4K scaler. This sends 4K through to the projector as a downscaled 4K to 1080p and let me tell you at projector screen sizes the difference between 4K downscaled to 1080p is far superior to native 1080p. For reference I’m using an Ezcoo HDMI 4K splitter which has a scaler toggle.

Ay up Chigz (long time subscriber here) i notice that you usually use American products (projectors wise sometimes a lot in your reviews) can you tell me if you just use a normal US to UK (say a shave converter) plug, or use a UK lead (say the larger kettle lead, or smaller figure of 8) or do you use a step down converter (230v to 120vv?) cheers man! @@ChigzTech Cheers, but what i wanted to know was i assume that doesn't down convert the voltage? I'm tempted to use Amazon (US) to get stuff as it's cheaper but i don't want to blow the thing if they only take 110V? i say this but i bought a US Govee strip with cam for my tv (as it tracks the colours on screen) and i just used a shaver plug with no problems...I'm just worried about bigger appliances? Ta.

Most projectors I have reviewed state on the rear sticker, input power 100v -240V. They also ship with multiple power cables included, you usually get a US cable and an EU cable in the box. I have never needed anything more than a US to UK power adapter. Hope this answers your question.

Estou com um problema (INICIAL) vou tentar explicar, meu projetor está ficando com a imagem fixada atrás da imagem em projeção. Exemplo, se deixo ele aparado em alguma imagem, App, ou qualquer outra coisa, quando eu abro qualquer outra a imagem anterior fica (transparente no fundo) alguém saberia informar o que pode ser ?

Sorry, but never in a thousand years does it produce 12k lumens. Thats cinema grade, big venue, 20 m throw distance. But good work otherwise.

Actually modern day movie theatres use 40,000 to 60,000 lumen projectors. This projector claims to have 12,000 Lumens, but the company does NOT specify how many ANSI lumens it actually produces. I don’t have the proper equipment to test the lumens myself, but I can compare, based on other more expensive projectors and that’s why I have ranked this projector at number 10 on my chart. I feel it performs more like a 600 ANSI lumen projector. So 12k is definitely a wild figure for marketing purposes but for the price it’s still not bad.

All of tech specs of this projector(brightness, contrast) are pure garbage. Its what Chinese sellers like to put on a box. Its all fake.

Yes don’t pay attention to the 12,000 figure. As some companies are known to share the LUX reading instead of the actual ANSI output reading. Based on my tests this projector performs more like a 600 ANSI lumens projector. Which is still very bright BTW.
