yeah, one taping people with a wooden adar is definitely a satisfying thing I love to practice haha. btw, you can add a very cheap iron sight on top of the ACOG Trijicon scope, which adds +1 ergo, and the benefits of an iron sight ! Kurg

Definitely would recommend insuring this thing too. Thing is, after early wipe is over, people won't really take it because it's not worth anything, but will save you some time with not having to find more adars and whatnot.

I haven’t used the Adar this wipe really or even last wipe I always felt like the semi auto 556 was a little underwhelming but it goes fast and is fun so I might have to check it out again

Nice trick with the rebuilding of the Adar for better durability. Used to run the adar all the time but then it got so expensive. Been using the vpo 215 because of the massive 90 damage on 366 AP & STM-9 for being able to spam AP 6.3 with a low recoil weapon. But might return to the Adar now :D

@Thawne Because in this game its usually not the weapon but the ammo that counts. Budget weapons usually come back with insurance. This early in the wipe many people simply havnt unlocked the higher level weapons yet. And most importently there is preferred playstyle, took me quite a while to find out that i love the shotguns & 2 of the snipers, but who knows what fits you untill you try them all out.

Using scav weapons is really important in the beginning since you'll have to repair them repeatedly to use them effectively. But by repeatedly repairing these weapons, you'll level your wpn's maint. a skill which'll help with reducing weapon degradation during firing and enhances the amount that you can repair. Which will save you money in the long run if you keep using the same wpn you bought at its full price to its fullest.

@@mankuzos1473 Right click, repair, choose the best trader for amount repaired and cost. Another way is to use weapon repair kit, but I would only recommend using them on your favorite gun that you get back often from insurance.

Ive been rocking adars like this past 5 wipes. cheap, effective. dont get looted. can spam scavs. tap raiders. sniper scavs. only thing that goes missing is a supressor if im using one. I love the acog sights although not the most popular or effective ingame the look and feel of the playstyle and the cost makes me keep using it. I have wipes where i have 40mil plus and i still rock this now and again.

another great thing is that you can upgrade as you go. 556 weapon mods are so abundant. I would deffinitely go with it suppressed though... but I always solo so I need that

Also if you run scav on factory every time you get a bunch of scopes and suppressors that usually fit the adar, I managed to get a few good Adars without buying any attachments

One of my favorite things to do is make a Fadar. ADAR base with top of the line pieces (18" barrel, Red buffer tube, MUR-1s reciever, but using stock handguard and buttstock. I have yet to not get it back on insurance. The other flip of this build is to do the exact same but start with a stock TX-15. All you do is add an optic and MAYBE a foregrip you are ready to PEW PEW for under 60k

It should also be said, that this is one of those budget builds where a good scope is the spectr, a scope people hate, but it is actually designed for 855 specifically irl, a consideration they maintained in game, so in game it's a really reliable scope to use with 855 which is obviously prevalent early wipe.

Budget ADAR ftw. I have a slightly different build, but with current prices, it's not much different cost wise, well above 20k. When you're doinking chads and rouges with one shot, money adds up fast.

How stupid are you that you don’t know to to mod a ump or a mp7, they are the easiest guns to mod in the game and all you have to do is choose if you want to spend the money on a suppressor, and pick an optic that you like

Man I remember a couple years ago every chad was running ADAR and very few people sprayed with 556 guns. Without good ammo the full auto is a glorified KEDR anyways

Great weapon but its only cheap if you dont pay it. Its an amazing weapon if you already have some spare adar. I love using ADAR and i get it back most the time so this is a plus. I see it as a cheap m4, but the ammo prices just ruin it for me most of the time anyway.

you can also take any m4 rip off the front end and just add everything to your 7k lower receiver adar, rogues, players etc. Solid gun and it 1 taps rogues at a distance without need to zero

While making budget guns is good and all, just run a shotgun. Its one of the cheapest guns that's beyond busted when it comes to balancing. Stock 153 or just with an extended mag with magnum/flechette assuming you cant get ap-20 is able to kill everyone.

Well, I mean.. Ya could just make 2 free AK-74Ns from a single scav VPO with workbench 1 and buy the 100 series guard, a PSO-1 and a laser, and you've got sorta the same but cheaper because you don't have to buy the gun. Not quite the same pen, but you get automatic fire as an option by default

This is great, but i'd rather use those crafts to make some early flip money. Adar is much more solid further into the wipe as well, and has a better availability of (in my opinion) more reliable and cheaper ammo early on, with decent range, ergo, and general control. The only reason I wasn't using the ADAR all the time this patch was due to the bugs with ammo damage drop off (early in wipe), price tag/availability paired with the weapon maintenance system (6.6 MOA is garbage at 100m) being pretty messed up for scav weapons.

depends, M856A1 is pretty cheap. M855A1 too with 500 rubels per shot. M995 is craftable and you don't need that much with an ADAR 👍 worked for me so far

If ur leveled up and stuff I’d say maybe run 56a1 for most of the Mag and then the top with 55a1. If ur a lil more broke maybe make the 56a1 the top of the Mag and something cheaper below but idk any good ammo that’s cheaper than that. Would the next best be the crappy m855?

the problem with the one you "can" build with if you dont have access to the flea market is that you need mechanic lvl 2, which you need to be lvl 20 to unlock, and you get flea market access at lvl 15

@4:07 This build doesn't make sense. If you don't have access to the flea market, how do you have access to the low-profile gas block from Mechanic L2, which requires your PMC to be Lvl20? If you don't have flea and trader access, you'd probably need to buy the MOE SL from Skier for 10k and the Windham gas block from Mechanic L1 for 6k.

I mean the gun looks awesome. Yet what round are we using? 556 this wipe is already awful at long range. I mean 55a1 isn’t one tapping at 100 meters. So your pretty much stuck to making 556 close range builds this wipe. Thanks bsg

855 in early wipe works fine, people don't run the armor to make it completely ineffective yet, and you want to hit their eyeballs anyway.

I CAN show you a gun that can do better for the same price range. AK-104 with an NPZ 1P78, AK-100 grip, and a VPG. You can add a light/laser on the AK100 grip, and despite lower ergo, it will crash straight through armor with cheap ammo!
