I fell asleep with this on my AirPods and had an incredibly interesting dream. Not so lucid but very deep. I slept for 2 1/2 hours but it felt like I woke up from a coma.

Listening to this had every negative thought I was holding on to flow through my mind turning it into positive thinking. I’m still shocked on how this video helps me first time listening to it. Although, It was giving me mixed emotions. It gave me a motivational feeling along with an strength feeling. It was almost as if I was given a type of power or vision that I wasn’t realizing or feeling. I did somewhat cry as I was feeling all those emotions & letting go things that no longer serve me. God is guiding me & giving me signs in ways that I cannot see but shall follow and I’m loving it and trusting the process to see the outcome of it all. 🙏🏽❤

I always had to fight to fall asleep, I'm just not able to relax before bed time and ive tried many things like reading,yoga,camomile tea,melatonin,valerian root drops, like I've tried literally everything but I never was able to unwind, no matter how hard I tried, i just couldn't get tired. Until one night I came across this video. I started listening to this video and it helped me a lot, so now before I go to sleep I listen to this at a low comfortable volume. I close my eyes and im able to unwind and usually I do a breathing exercise to help, I breathe in 4, holding 4, let out for 4 and repeat 30 times. Then I switch to normal breaths and usually im relaxed enough to fall asleep. 😊❤ Thank you for this masterpiece 🙏
