I think we deserve a 2nd episode with Christoph on the topic of B-Hard Ultra Race - it is rare to have the same 2 great ultra riders who have competed in the same relatively unknown and challenging race, that was also an unforgettable adventure! P.S. Sincere greetings to Christoph! It was amazing following him on both races, and meeting him during B-Hard!

Perhaps worth exploring the fat burning process during Ketosis..Long burning,zero insulin/sugar/carb. spikes. Energy from Carbs is limited as body can’t store much,whereas in state of Ketosis one’s energy’s stores are much greater…just a thought,as the World Record for running most miles in a day (I think 170!) was with NO FOOD,achieved by keto adapted athlete. But ultimately one can only see what works,depending on so many things. Love your content. Thank you.

Thank you, I actually experimented with Ketosis, fasting and low carb diet. I have podcast coming up about glucose levels and exercise and one about diet, fuelling and recovery as i have been looking more at this lately :)
