Helped blocked out noise as I did my mental visual training. Creating an opponent who attacks while I react to it. All in my head. If I can create it all mentally and react instinctively in this. While training my body. I believe Mushin no shin, or Ultra instinct, will be achieved.

Shadow training is a real thing but it’s hard to imagine an opponent and have them do random stuff instead of making yourself win and fall off track

@@bigmac11948 I agree. It took a bit to make it feel like I was reacting to attacks. Not a certainty. It reached a point where I only had to react and not think of their attack.

I have a form similar to UI that allows my subconscius AND my instincts to work. Only problem is that I have to be tired and my conscious mind takes the role of following orders from the subconscious more directly. I want to be able to more effectively use this ability I gained for no reason with no clear source. Update: It still drains my stamina a bit quicker, but my ADHD brain is getting better at allowing me to enter this state. Listening to this seems to help make my state faster and more easily accessible. Only problem with it is I feel discomfort and/or fear when I stop thinking.

I think it's called flow state, I can do this too and having ADHD might help (I also have ADHD and I noticed that people with ADHD tend to be better at this than the others)

@jadensabb It's basically me just either overloading my mind or forcing it to calm down, then basic movements and trained stuff works with me thinking in the background. You know how a breaker switch works? Basically overload your brain's breaker switch just enough that it flips off, and it just kinda... works.

Either the guy that originally commented is retarded and believes everything he sees on the internet, is talking about the fan manga that CallMeARJ made (which isn't common knowledge), or he's joking. @@SerenityZ4 Meditation is calming your brain to throw away negativity and bad thoughts. It also has been showed by studies that meditation actually thickens the prefrontal cortex and the hippocampus (if I'm not mistaken). Meditation also creates altered states of consciousness when done properly, and it can help achieving a flow state, which is a state of hyper-focus
