This is thd fourth time I'm watching this video and writing down notes, this is definitely my dream home.

This is gorgeous. If I were building it, I’d put a small elevator in where the outside of it had that gorgeous view from the basement to the upper level.

It's stunning. This should be on another channel called home builders for the rich and famous. Totally out of reach for most of us. Glad you enjoyed it Timothy.

A pet hate of mine, are structural posts all over the place killing the open plan space and therefore the view, but here the builder has been smart enough to use huge steel beams that negate the need for such posts so the ground floor really flows really well, good job guys.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Would be nice to know how much land it sits on. Also I am a car guy and I am always annoyed by tours that don’t show the garage. You call it a two car but size is 29x29. For 3 mill I would want to park more than two cars. If you opened the door to the garage it would show if there was height for car stackers and work benches, etc. Thanks for the tour.

It looks like a fantastic house. I love that you put the floorplan up on the screen for each level. I paused the video on each one, and studied it, before continuing. I truly dislike the kitchen countertop and backsplash material that they chose... but hopefully the owner loves it. It's really weird that in that upstairs area, which is obviously designed for young children (note the bunk beds) they did not put a bathtub in that bathroom. Also, if I had been the one making the design choices, I definitely wouldn't have chosen showers with all that glass. You have to wipe all that glass down after each shower, or you'll end up with water spots on that glass over time. I think a better choice would have been to do true walk-in showers, where there's no glass at all... you just walk in, and it's designed in such a way that water simply will not splash out. That makes it so much easier, not having to wipe down all that glass after each shower.

The mountain views are the best thing about this house.

I was invited up to go camping in the mountains. The only backpack I had was my old Girl Scout orange backpack. Bright orange. I went in a convertible which I thought was kind of cool. But when I got there it ended up being a little mansion on top of a mountain. Next time I asked more questions.

Very cool! I would love to see the drawings for this. The only drawback is that it's a lot of house to maintain. Nonetheless, very cool!

What a beautiful home, you could fit a lot of people in there comfortably. I love the views, and would like to know if that is a national park they are looking over, as I would not want someone to build a house outside of it and ruin the view.

I like the heated patio and hot tub. I also love the view, but the house itself seems very cold and uninviting. The concrete tub is nice.
