3:40 its realy not them lowering the wheel speed limit its of robloxs physichs and real physichs basically if the wheels surface area is 1 meter it will go 10 meters in 10 full spins but when a bigger wheel that has a surface area of 4 meters is palce it will go 40 meters in 10 spins but it changes the torque of them so 1 meter wheel can take of easier and climb stuff eaiser but the 4 meter wheel cant do them easy
