It's worth pointing out that CGMs measure interstitial fluid not blood. Interstitial fluid glucose levels tend to lag around 15 minutes behind blood glucose levels. So if you take your blood glucose level for comparison, wait 15 minutes before checking with your CGM and compare your current CGM reading with your BG reading taken 15 minutes earlier.

There is spike with exercise because of body stored glucose(glycogen) getting converted into glucose and being released.

Nice video 👍🏻 The application process looks scary and the fact that one has to do it every 2 weeks is ..😅🤯 I feel the battery life should be at least a month. But this is a great device as it helps track in real-time and can be very useful for older people having sugar problems. Liked your new frame 👓& the way you made this video, like you were speaking directly while applying and other procedure, personally to me, it feels more connected and I appericate it 👍🏻

I had a question. After opening the package did you have to pay on the app or something equivalent to payments ? These sensors can be bought separately and paired with the app free of cost. I wanted to just confirm that But overall a great video to understand the entire unboxing and setup process.

After I unboxed the sensor, I just directly paired it with the app and it worked with no extra payments.

Nicely done demo. Though, I was looking for some info on using the right arm for the sensor as I don't want to apply it on the left (BP measurement requirement, etc). Nevertheless, your video helped me to apply( I've used the right arm only). Thanks!

I would like to get one for myself. I would like to ask you a question. I understand that Abott Libre is a sensor, but what exactly is Ultrahuman M1?

The M1 is a continuous glucose monitor, it uses the same Abott Libre sensor but the readings it takes off it is analysed by the app and gives you insights on how your glucose levels were during the day. Basically the same sensor with a different accompanying app.

Great video, love your humour. It says it's not yet available in my region (Canada), although I got the Ultrahuman ring yesterday.... so the link to the cost doesn't give me any information, it just asks for my info. Can you please give a ballpark of the cost for each pack of 3 sensors, or however M1 is purchased? Thanks!

Thanks for posting, great video! So, it seems that Ultrahuman M1 uses Abbott's Freestyle Libre as the sensor? Can you confirm?

I think it's more the data and analytics that the app gives is their USP. Data is read off the sensor using NFC, it would work only if your phone supports NFC.

The sensor connects via nfc and the data is synced with your phone. No monitor needed. A phone that supports NFC is required.

Hi .. is there any alarm when your sugar is lower?

It will show low/high sugar levels alarm when the data is synced to the app. It cannot read the sugar levels wirelessly. It's meant more for fitness/health than sugar monitoring for diabetics.

I'm not sure if ultrahuman changes the sensors in any way, they look to be the standard Abbot Freestyle Libre sensor. But I can't gurantee it will work if purchased seperatly.
