8/23/18Hi Gin, You are so, so, good, about demonstrating your products. These Ultrasonic products are complex, and can be dangerous, if not used, as instructed. Reading directions, is better understood, when seen on a video, as well, so you know exactly, how to use it , as well, as what products to use with certain modes. I appreciate , you for taking the time , to demonstrate all your products, thoroughly. I have purchased an ultrasonic product, and never used it, because, the owner of the company, didn't demonstrate, very well, and due to the fact, you have to be careful, around the neck area,I haven't felt comfortable using it. That was a waste of money !!!!. I have purchased your dermarollers, which do exfoliate, so, if I use a dermaroller, within the week, then should I use the ultrasonic product another week, when I haven't used the dermaroller ? I have a feeling, you are going to be very successful, selling your products, and may end up being a well known skin care advocate, as well as your skin product line. I've purchased quite a few of your products but unfortunately sit on them for a while before I try them out - don't know why. So, I've used the derma rollers (bought all 4 sizes), tried YOUR Vit C serum just today, and wanted to use the Skin Scrubber today, as well. But....no directions! I don't want to keep watching the videos over and over until I figure out how to use it. Can you please commit to some directions for us poor folks with bad memories. I really like the chart you put out for the derma rollers for size, frequency and what skin and scalp types it helps. Thanks! Love your line - it seems the most believable!

Can you write down in comments what cleansers (I heard Nuface but which 2 did you use or recommend now) are best using cleansing mode. Then besides your Vit C (which absorbs so fast) are best used in the absorption mode. I purchased in December and love it so far but need the info as asked above. Thanks so much, Gin.

Can we dermaroll with 0.75 and 0.5 after using the ultrasonic skin scrubber? If yes, do we use the serum after dermarolling and not the skin scrubber, and do we still use alcohol to wipe the face after cleansing before dermarolling?

First off, im not trying to be a hater. I enjoy your videos and your nails in this video are AMAZING. I do nails for a living and im going to try to mimic yours. But im commenting because I thought you had to wait for the liquid to dry before you applied it. If you use it right after you spray, then yur just removing the liquid on your face. Also, i wish you had the camera zoomed in super close so that way we could see it in slow mo.

I just received this. Packaging is very nice!!! I don't know if it's because I've never used but it didn't go as smoothly as it did on your face - it kept running into wrinkles :D I couldn't find a face mist. If you want more product ideas - face mist may a good one for you!! As always, your product is AWESOME!!! THANK YOU!!! LOVE you!!!!
