He should not have gotten tha point for _Citizen Kane_ - the only guess he had was "someone rushed into the room", but that was not the thing that was wrong with the statement (since that person, while they did exist, was not the one who heard "Rosebud" and clarify the plot hole). It's interesting they went with a basketball because the colors were so clashing/lower contrast. Pretty sure this is a rerun, but I'll make this correction anyway. The statement "questions asked during interrogation prior to miranda are not admissible" has exceptions. The statement has to have been made in custody AND be a response to an interrogative question (that being one clearly likely to, and intended to, provoke incriminating testimony.) You can ask them "Would you like a soda" and if they respond "I DID IT! I KILLED HER!" then you can use that as evidence even if its within the situation of "interrogation." The "interrogation" part specifically refers to interrogative questions, not the actual action of interrogating. Also, the person must be in custody of some kind. You can ask an incriminating question to a passerby who isn't in custody and if they answer with incriminating evidence, it is admissible. The rule is that they have to both be in custody AND be interrogated, which makes the question which only covered interrogation technically incorrect.

Basically, change the word "permissible" to "admissible" and it's correct. You can interrogate the holy hell out of the suspect, but if they're not read their rights and/or don't have an attorney present, none of it is admissible in court. You give every detail about the crime you committed and it (mostly) won't matter.

Beat the Geeks may never come back but this is a good substitution. Great episode. Very informative, especially about the spaghetti western stuff.

Per Wikipedia: The film (Midnight Cowboy) was released with an X rating.[1] The MPAA later broadened the requirements for the "R" rating to allow more content and raised the age restriction from sixteen to seventeen. The film was later rated "R" for a reissue in 1971.[1][22]

What's sad is that I have never seen North by Northwest, but I identified it immediately on the most pixelated image.

From what I understand, the phone call thing in jail is mainly a courtesy for small time criminals, like if you are hauled in to jail and thrown in the drunk tank and you want to call your spouse or a bail bondsman if you are actually under arrest and will have to see a judge and worried you won't be let out without bail, they let you because jail doesn't actually want you there or have much room. If you are a murder suspect and they want to interrogate you, they don't want you to contact people, and if you don't have your own lawyer, it might be a while for the public defender, so they are hoping to keep you under wraps and maybe you start talking. If someone else has any light on where the idea that it is a right comes from, let me know.
