In india traffic rules are very strict If you don't wear helmets there will be 2000 rs fine If you jump red light first time then you have to pay 500 rs fine(online), if you jump red light twice then challan is submitted against you in district court and your vehicle will be seized

Wonder how much of these unedited videos filmed till now have been handed over to ISI, Hafeez Sayeed, Laskar-E-Tayyiba etc. Remember this is exactly what David Headley (aka Dawood Gilani) had done before the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. It is not a coincidence that this fellow had just visited Goa a few days ago which is just before the SCO meeting to be held in Goa on 4th and 5th of May
