It amazes me how many Khabib's haters, trolls and armchair warriors keep coming out of the woodwork. He has never pushed his religion on to anyone only espoused his commitment to it. I'm an atheist but I can still appreciate and admire what he has done in the sport and for the sport. The world is a better place with individuals like him as examples of how one can live their life with dedication, discipline and respect no matter what belief system you buy into !

The reason Khabib is that he is, is because he follows the true religion, not the political version of religion hence he is amazing to humanity and a great example. You hit the nail on the head when u said, "The world is a better place with individuals like him as examples of how one can live their life with dedication, discipline and respect no matter what belief system you buy into!" That's what true Abrahamic religion teaches you, to be tolerant, compassionate and merciful to the world regardless of people's beliefs. Khabib is an extraordinary human being and the GOAT of the GOATS. He is the Messi of MMA to be honest!

@Jon Snow Yeah, Ricky Simon openly ducked on twitter, almost w pride. They are ranked next to each other, both on winning streaks. Then Simon got Font fight, and Umar a tough non-ranked. Ducks shouldne be getting better fights..

At least he's trying with that, studying a language requires a lot of time, it's something that you need to be patient and be industrious but there is a thing: You don't need to be talented for learning a language, somebody can do it, the question about is: Are you disposal to take time and do a marathon in the language's way?

Umar studying English using 2nd grade English books and it works 👍 some fighters are just lazy. Anyways, Khabib is not quiting the team. He just don't want to travel with them all the time.

In the last few years khabib traveled alot to help and corner his friends and relatives and because of that he couldn't be with his family.He didn't retire from coaching them, he just won't corner them anymore because he want to spend more time with his Family.The think is that if he for example cornered Umar and Usman (his cousins) then he has to corner islam , Abubaker,Gadzhi, Saygid, Tagir and Zubaira...etc (his friends) but he doesn't want to treat them unfairly.

Raoni Barcelos is a very tough fighter. Raoni father is a 7th degree coral belt in jiu-jitsu. Raoni (record) a , 5-time Brazilian wrestling champ, 2-time South-American wrestling champ and won 4 world titles in jiu-jitsu at the lower belt classes. It doesnt matter, Umar will win this fight easily

It’s sad because Umar should’ve been fighting a ranked opponent by now. I have a feeling he’s not going to for his next fight as well and then at the same time people will say the same stupid thing like with Islam or khabib, which was “who has he fought?”. It’s a weird predicament western audiences put a lot of these new killers from that side of the world.

What Umar is going through right now are the moments haters will ignore until he gets a chance at the belt.

Keep in mind khabib didn't let them speak at the very beginning only because he knew they weren't ready yet, so he saved them embarrassment. Umar wanted to keep talking after the Brain Kelleher win, and khabib brought him back down to earth and told him he wasn't ready to speak. And look at them now. From Islam, to Usman, to Umar. What a coach lol
