Two things: Lever action is lever action there is nothing "automatic" about it. If you are having trouble loading the cartridges in insert the first one only halfway into the loading gate. Then push it all the way in with the tip of the next cartridge. Rinse and repeat until you get to the last cartridge, you are essentially keeping the loading gate open for easier loading. Its on lod trick i use with my real lever gun.

Naw I dont think youre rifle is broken in any way. If you watch Airsoft Mike's review on it, he gets similar fps readings. I think Umarex's marketing is just wrong.

You can have 100 CO2 capsules and will not have any power than in 1. You will just have it longer, think about it.

Man, you cant use the safety when the hammer is cocked back, and you cant use the safety if your squeezing down on the lever because it pushes the hammer pin. Please dont make a review and start saying things are stiff or bad when you dont know how to use it, thats really not cool. Seeing you trying to slam that safety forward with the hammer back was painful. Its not "stiff". Its a safety. Its not gonna be loose....
