In 2009 am listening to this song, over & over again nikiwa job @ my desk....was not yet saved, was a wretch, sitting in the shadows of death ,, lost without hope, a drunkard, a fornicator.... but i liked the song, neva knew Christ was calling me to salvation....oh my God. Gave my life to Christ in 2013. Jesus Christ gave me much needed rest. This song somehow drew me to Jesus Christ. Barikiwa Eunice.

This is the song that made me discover Eunice Njeri, and ever since hands down she has remained my favourite kenyan female gospel artist. Her songs minister to my soul in a very special way. I really love how she directly addresses God in her songs... it like the way a child talks to the dad....its like a prayer.
