So Umi is half Japanese. She wrote this song thinking of her Japanese grandmother that she doesn’t get to see much. She mentioned that the song can be for anyone missing someone but also fits well with V’s close relationship with his grandma. Umi also said that she and her label really tried hard to release it on V’s birthday. She is really sweet and I will definitely listen to her songs..

Umi said V is in the military that's why he will not be able to promote this song and that is the reason that the song is under her name but the effort into the song is 50-50 from both sides and there was no labels involved in it
