The process to create the Umidigi is incredible, that's why they are great, of great quality, design and capacity. I love it. I have been with my Umidigi Bison for a little over 2 years and it has never failed me. I always recommend them to my family and friends. Greetings from Mexico 😉😁👍

I love my Umidigi Power 3 phone, Had this phone for about 2.5 years now and has never given me any problems. I am now looking for a new 5G model and “Yes” I will be getting it from Umidigi again. 11/10 for service and functions.

Have had 3 or 4 Umidigi phones. The weakest point is the camera. The best camera on a Umidigi was the Umidigi X. I hope a new X can be made.

My Umidigi A3 stopped working yesterday. Not turning on, tried Factory resetting, worked for a few hours then stopped, now it not even turning on. Anyone know how to fix it. Please.

Unfortunately VoLte cannot be used with Unisoc SoC in Japan. Japanese needed the product to deal with it.

If umidigi had a good after sales service, I think they would really be a brand to beat, especially in sub-saharan Africa and Nigeria in particular

I have an A7pro, unfortunately after my carelessness, I ended up dropping it and cracking the screen and I couldn't find a place here in Brazil that would do the replacement, unfortunately I can't afford to buy another one. So I continue using it even with a cracked screen.

Pois é! Mas não adianta mostrar o processo de fabricação e entregar um produto que estraga rápido, apresentando defeito ou vicios em alguns lotes e não se responsabilizar pelo ocorrido. Quem fica no prejuízo e o consumidor 😢

Don't buy UMIDIGI phones. Customer service and product durability is worst. If you want cheap product without any guarantee you can go for it otherwise there is so much products in market but not UMI

Very poor customer service, I purchased their A13 pro max since 28th of January and I'm yet to receive package. I complained via their customer care all they could say is "we've sent package". I've already opened dispute to collect refunds. This my second experience
