Notice how fast Chris G Charges up Round Trip? Pretty sure for every charge move in the game, if you let go and immediately hold down the button again, it charges up almost instantly. I think that's the glitch they were referring to.

yeah. I think one of the female commentators from earlier pointed out that Vergil elevated the level of the team overall. With ChrisG's level of execution already being high, adding an extremely strong character like Vergil to the team makes it more deadly.

I just wanna say a quick little something about ChrisG. For a really long time, we've seen his Morrigan as a Zone character, where he'd lock his opponent out. One thing I noticed in this video was how he used his Soul Fists to actually close the distance and get in their face a little bit. Maybe I missed something in the previous videos, but it was just something I saw in this one.

Quick answer, may be wrong. I think it's because advancing guard leaves you in a certain "animation" that in some cases, depending on the attack of your opponent will recover faster than this "animation", leaving you vulnerable for punish, most of the times a grab. You actually need to know what things to push block.

I wouldn't have put it that way, but now I will because that's an apt description. People complain about the game for the same reason others get hype for the game. A "fair and balanced" game would garner golf-clapping and that wouldn't ensure that it's a good competitive game either.

I know most people think that hsien-ko is trash but if she was armored and called as an assist she could control mid screen AND absorb hits AND punish doom if he was anywhere near midscreen while character number 1 gets to fish for pokes etc. Use your brain and come up with something to stop it. I think I remember hearing a commentator say that RayRay was considering dropping Ryu because Ryu doesn't have enough dirty tech. His Ryu is amazing but the character simply doesn't have the setup and combo conversion potential that other characters have and that really weighs into a lot of his matches.

Despite soul fist hell, ( which requires nuff skill), Chris G shows he's a top tier monster with that team! Whatever you need that team has it!

uh no. morrigans assist can give bars for vergils swords. Hidden missiles allows chris to go in and lock down opponents without letting them press a button. Vergils assist helps morrigans bullet hell as it puts the opponent full screen to the other side blocked or not.

Noel may be an extremely disrespectful player but I gotta give it to him. He stuck with his wolvie team when so many other players flocked to vergil, morrigan, and zero teams. I rarely even see wolverine anymore and when I see noel get top places in these tournaments, I cant help but to be entertained by his play. Its just like when jwong won california regionals with iron fist, he stuck with what likes and he is a great player overall. People can hate if they want but you gotta admit, hes solid

I like the energy Noel came with in the first round, but ultimately he couldn't solve the problem. Notice how ChrisG proved that he's not just "spamming" as so many people like to complain. He comboed the shit out of Noel's team with ALL of his characters including Morrigan. He pretty much OCVed the 2nd win with the Doom comeback. He put on a clinic with Vergil (whom he just recently added to the team) in his 3rd win. So haters continue to hate, in the meantime step your game up.

Noel has a really really bad habit of holding up back constantly when he is on the defense so he gets caught during the 3 frames when he can't block. It is how Chris G managed that Doom comeback in game 3. Also Noel dropped several combos that cost him.
