I think the x-23 one is escapble, as soon as shes says "dark phoenix rises" she can x-factor air dash away or teleport.

Yeah, using a slow, grounded, unsafe normal (it can be cancelled but still) vs a jumping finger that has frame advantage is so much more practical... What's wrong with saying someone mistimed a set up? It's a great summary of anti phoenix tech but I'm sure people would have either complained about the timing for their character's set up if it was not executed properly or complained about their character not being in the video.

You could have just used TB Wright or Level 5 Frank instead. And you can do the unblockable with Wright's jumping h in Turnabout mode.
