Yep. That's the exact point, actually. When everyone is a terrific player, you're not supposed to be using bad strategies. You're supposed to use the best characters available.

There was a giant survey recently that asked both fans of the game and pros about who they though were the top 5. Theses were the results: Wesker, Zero, Dr.Doom, Dante, and Spencer. Pros not using Wesker does not mean that they think less of him, its that they are experimenting with new things, kind of like Pr Balrog using RR and Chris G using Morrigan. Wesker is still the God tier of this game unfortunately. :(

When Champ got Lightning Looped to death, I guess you could say he was...shocked.

2 million health, one button lightning loops, max buster is unblockable, meter gain during sougenmu, and an extra life (auto revival) for KOing a character...THEN he might be on par with Hsien-Ko. Lets go bro. Me, you, and derekmok can balance this game.

it depends. flocker and mihe both are equally skilled with their zero teams. and mihe had the only zero team that got past chrisg's zoning. i kinda wanna see them both go at it. idk if either of them will win evo, maybe top 8.

As much as I dislike Filly champ he deliberately didn't use phoenix in his Evo final to ensure that she didn't win Evo again. So respect to him for that.

Except stick players only have 6 buttons enabled. L, M, H, S, A1, and A2 no one is gonna put L, M, or H on the last two buttons on their stick. Plus, I'm pretty sure button binding on stick is banned, not quite sure though. Also, Mihe is the only pad player that uses Zero in tournaments. I know a lot of players that play UMvC3 casually that use Zero on pad, that can do LL's with ease.

Seriously it would "suck", but it kinda IS to be expected. Flocker and Mihe have what I like to call "the perfect teams" with all the top tier bullshits, but these two haven't been able to maximize their teams yet, and from what I've seen here I think we can get ready for some serious shit from these two teams in evo.

Zero is absolutely insane. I thought Wesker was cheap, one touch and you are dead with the use of no X-factor and 1 bar.

If it weren't for Chris G, I'm convinced that Flocker would have taken CEO. His Zero was just too overwhelming.

Wesker is not even in the top 3 anymore to most "pros". Zero and Vergil are the 2 best characters (Spencer commonly cited as the third).

Actually the only one who can use Morrigan effectively is ChrisG and even he is moving away from her. Everyone else who uses Morrigan usually ends up losing the match.

That buster is CRAZY its so durable and can lead to kills

Flocker will win EVo if he doesn't meet Chris G, If you look at the top 32 matches, He was sended and eliminated by Chris G. And I am sure even Justin can't him. As a Zero player there are some teams you know that Zero have a great advantage like Rushdown teams. If he doesn't meet Chris G he will win it. Zero is bad against zoning teams with high durability projectiles.
