It's so amazing to see Mark in the recording booth. He insists on redoing his part after considering the flow from other members, even though his initial recording was already good. You see this with Renjun too. They both consider how the song would be a bit too flat if they didn't switch up their part. They definitely have one of the best musicality in SM.

Haechan's technique and stability often gets overlooked by his pretty tone. It's something people have to understand. I have seen too many comments these days saying Haechan is over rated or he is an average vocalist, and honestly, I wonder if they actually took their time to hear him sing. He is extremely stable, to the point where his live versions and studio versions sound almost similar (some nctzens claim that to be lip synced. I have seen nctzens say that haechan never sings live unlike other members.) And I genuinely, from the very bottom of my heart want to throw these recording diaries at their face. I want to throw the irreplaceable live version, from home rearranged right at them. It's really ridiculous how much this boy is criticised. If any other member sang like him, they would get praises after praises. If it's Haechan, suddenly if he doesn't sing like Mariah Carey's grandmother, he is average. Y'all have some whole new level of antipathy towards him, when he sings like literal angels.
