To be fair, "unununium", "ununbium", and "ununtrium" are all placeholder names following about the simplest naming convention you could ask for: Translated, those names literally mean "element one one one", "element one one two", and so on. Technically, regardless of their official names now, the placeholder names are always going to be accurate regardless and anyone in the field that hears them should be able to know which one you're talking about. ... meaning you really should be using unununununium.
