INGREDIENTES:
- 2 calabacines
- jamón cocido o jamón serrano
- queso en lonchas
- PARA LA SALSA -
- 1 pimiento rojo
- 1 cebolla
- 200ml de nata (crema de leche)
- aceite
- sal
