The only way to fix this problem is to buy fifa 14 and accept the terms and conditions on there after that go back to fight night and you should be good

IF IT IS SHOWING YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT.. DOWNLOAD A PREVIOUS EA GAME SUCH AND LOGIN TO THAT READ THE TERMS AND THEN LOAD BACK INTO FIGHT NIGHT.
