I met Adam back in 2018 when he came to Raleigh, N. Carolina for the Hwy 55 burger contest and he was such a nice guy. He signed a Tshirt I had and actually gave me the Hyw 55 apron he was wearing during the contest...I still have it packed away somewhere, lol

Only a restaurant in the UK could possibly think that tater tots, chili cheese nachos, burgers, hot wings, and bacon fries are Mexican food. At this point I'm not sure any person that lives there has actually ever been to Mexico. This is like an American food platter, let's face it.

@@jeffreyratliff4685Take it from a Texan who has visited Mexico several times and knows the difference between Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican food. You are describing Tex-Mex and Mexican street food. Authentic Mexican food involves a lot of seafood and a lot of fruits a vegetables, is much fresher and more delicious than this. I'd also be willing to bet that these UK restauranteurs can't get Tex-Mex right, either. 🤠

I feel sad that you guys in the UK don’t have authentic Mexican food. I’ve been to the UK and what you call “Mexican” is just a 1 out of 10 compared to the real deal. Sorry but it true. HOWEVER, your fried fish and chips is better than 99% of what we call fish and chips in the U.S.
