UNBELIEVABLE 4D THRUST VECTORED VPP AEROBATICS by MASTER Donatas Pauzuolis
AVAILABLE HERE: www.pauzuolis-rc.com/
Donatas Pauzuolis, of the DMFV Indoor Team, uses the full capability of the thrust vectored, variable pitch propeller system on his super light depron radio controlled model to make it perform extreme aerobatics no possible with a conventional setup. Absolutely stunning to watch !
Filmed by Dom Mitchell at Leipzig Modell-Hobby-Spiel Trade Fair for the 'Essential RC' KZfaq channel using the Panasonic AG-UX180 Pro 4K camcorder.

I am seeing 1 dislike? Guess it's gravity
@alerey4363
@alerey4363 4 жыл бұрын
I disliked because of the following: I like rc in general (helis, planes, glow, electric, rubber, etc) but watching an "airplane" doing things that are more of a drone (i.e. moves like a flying saucer instead of horizontally) is a bit odd for me
@Khatakhat_Tharki
@Khatakhat_Tharki 4 жыл бұрын
@@alerey4363 no explanation needed friend. It's your view point & I respect it. I only commented on a lighter note. But having said that, it's also true that it takes tremendous amount of effort to actually make a thing fly against the law of physics & I can understand it since I'm an enthusiast myself.
@alerey4363
@alerey4363 4 жыл бұрын
@@Khatakhat_Tharki I dont deny at all the effort, it's just that they're putting it on a freaky style that's not natural for a plane; I mean, if you take a look at the fuselage of these acrobatic vertical models they are flat like a u-control model; couple that to the foamy and electric motor and you are flying more like a kite instead of a plane
@Khatakhat_Tharki
@Khatakhat_Tharki 4 жыл бұрын
@@alerey4363 perhaps you have never built a plane. If you have then you'll understand how it gets built. In the beginning even the plane built by Wright brothers looked like some kind of wierd thing & everyone laughed. It's not just about looks everytime. Having said that, it's your perspective & I didn't meant anything personal when I commented on the dislike. I conclude on the note that great things look awkward in the beginning & it takes a lot to look into the hard work & effort than some physical appearance. Sometimes we need to think out of the box & challenge the way we look at the things. I think you have endured me enough so this is my last message. You won't hear from me again & no offense in anyway. Thanks & good luck for your vibrant future ahead 👍👍👍

@@Khatakhat_Tharki I've built 10 peanut scale planes; in every case I did it like a plane should be built to fly like, you know, a plane, where the air is flowing horizontally over the wing faster than beneath it, thus producing lift, and the motor on the front of the plane is opposing the drag; the center of gravity of course calculated to be around the cockpit because, you know, it's supposed to fly in the way a plane flies, not like a quadcopter drone or a ballon; so no mattter if it's rubber powered, internal combustion or electric, it still should look like a plane, fly like a plane; but when you have a freaky drone/kite that only looks like a plane in a cosmetic way but flies like an ufo, well, I got issues with that calling it a plane

as I stated in my comment above, it's against the way an airplane should move (that includes aerobatics); the equivalent would be to fly a drone as an airplante ie. taking off horizontally along the runway, slowly ascending on a 45 degree slope, etc

what blows my mind is how the plane turns on a dime while not moving, I guess the plane is so light that the air from the prop allows the plane to turn in place? Amazing pilot.
