Hello sir. I'm a doctor by profession. I have recently come across your channel and your work is MashaaAllah so splendid. I have an overbite/overjet. It's huge. This causes problems in my speech (I already have nasal twang bcz of short palate and corrected cleft palate). My mouth doesn't close while sleeping. I also have difficulty in pronouncing some words/alphabets. Can you help me in any way? I'm writing from Pakistan.

Open porses remove nahi hoate hai shrink ho jate hai aur uske liye surgery ki jarurat hi nahi ayurveda se hi thik ho jati hai har baat ke liye surgery kyo sochte ho disorder ho to baat kuchh samajh aati hai
