Hello! "Japanese Kitchen Tour".
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs' techniques, and Japanese food.

This was founded in 1945.
The deliciousness of the horumon bowl and beef bowl, which have been continued for over 70 years, is well-received.

I think the cauldron is such a huge centerpiece. They have a business that many would envy. Having 20 folks lined up for your dishes at 0630 in the morning speaks volumes. Having 100 in line for breakfast/ lunch is a testament to the quality of their food business. Pretty amazing!

築地に行くと必ずこのお店の前を通るけど、ほんとに匂いだけで飯が食えそうなくらい美味しそうな匂い

It was lunch time when I came by...And the queue was 10+...I couldn't wait but luckily there are so many great food places to eat there. We ate sushi...IT WAS WONDERFUL!

今から25〜28年前、先代の女将さんかな？今のおかみさんが若い時ですね、多分イケメンの旦那さんと3人でやられてたと思います。当時は確かホルモン丼と豆腐で千円ぐらいだったかな？築地の青果市場で早朝の仕事を8時過ぎで終えたら、歩いて朝飯を食べによくきつね屋さんに行きました。美味しかったのを今でも覚えてます。時代が変わり、今はもっと繁盛してるんですね。すごく懐かしかったです。

後輩とよくジョークで、ご創業以来「ウナギのタレ」よろしく毎日注ぎ足されているとか何とか言いながら路上で非常に美味しいホルモン丼頂きました！実際は早朝から仕込まれていたのですね泣。遠いのですがまた食べたいです！
